How billing works

Quotation first

Every engagement starts with a written quotation listing deliverables, milestones, timeline and the total fee. Nothing is charged before you accept it.

Milestone invoicing

Projects are typically 50% on kickoff and the balance across agreed milestones. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; hourly work in arrears with a timesheet.

Payment terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days. We accept card and bank transfer through regulated payment processors — we never store your card details.

No subscriptions

We do not operate auto-renewing consumer subscriptions. Retainers can be stopped with 14 days notice at any time.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and delivery is covered by our Service Delivery Policy.
